CNN Poll Reveals President Biden's Approval At New Low. Vice President Harris With The Lowest Approval Rating In Recorded History

 

Daily Mail: Joe and Jill Biden arrive back at the White House after their weekend at the beach with new poll showing just 15% of voters strongly approve of him and 58% believe he isn't focusing on America's problems

* Biden indicated he had tried to call Glenn Youngkin after the Republican defeated former Gov. Terry McAuliffe in the Virginia governor's race 

* Biden had delayed his weekend as he helped try to line up votes for infrastructure bill, which has now passed the House and Senate 

* A new CNN poll shows just 15% strongly approve of his performance and the majority believe he is focused on the wrong issues 

* The 'strong approval' rating never dipped below 20 percent during the Trump and Obama administrations 

* His poll numbers are still hitting record lows despite the House passing his $1.2trillion infrastructure plan on Friday night 

President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden arrived back in Washington Monday after a weekend at their beach house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, to face more dire poll numbers a week on from the Democrats' disastrous results in elections across the country. 

The President and First Lady touched down on the South Lawn in Marine One as CNN released a new poll showing just 15 percent of voters strongly approve of his job since entering office, with a 58 percent of Americans believing he is not focusing on the most important problems facing the nation.

WNU Editor: I am very dubious of the CNN poll (link here). It says that when it comes to Congressional races, Democrats enjoy a 5% lead over Republicans. Really?!?!?!? This spread was absent in the Democrat strongholds of Virginia and New Jersey in last week's Governor and state house races. 

The CNN poll also does not give its breakdown on how many Democrats/Republicans/and Independents it polled. That is always a red flag to me that the poll was skewed in favour of the Democrats. 

Ditto with the USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll. No breakdown on who they used in their sample. 

But the USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll does acknowledge that among registered voters last week, Vice President Harris’ approval rating was at 28 percent, a polling number that is lower than any other US Vice President in history (even lower than former Vice President Dick Cheney who scored 30% in 2007 according to Gallup).

Bottom line. My gut tells me that these numbers are even worse than what is being reported.
