Ballistic missiles are unstoppable and they've been around for over 70 years.

700,000 Americans are dead from covid, but, yeah, hypersonics!

Nothing is "unstoppable." To believe that there aren't adaptations that can be made to counter this or anything else is the height of hubris.

Offense is always cheaper and unstoppable, B.

China, Iran, Russia, NK aren't stopping US SSBNs.

Any debris in front of it would stop it. Can’t turn on a dime. Physics itself would destroy it.

It will be stopped and countered eventually, but that takes years.

A ballistic missile is not unstoppable. The very name indicates what trajectory it takes, and therefore with good enough tracking and interceptors they can be destroyed in flight; the whole point of US anti missile shields. The shield might not be perfect and it can be breached, but it does work, which is why Russia and China have invested so much into this new technology
