FOX edited a video of Biden speaking to try to make it look like he was using "negro" in a derogatory way. In fact, he was correctly naming the "Negro League", which Satchel Paige was a player in. The editing is so poorly done that you can see Biden's hand disappear where they cut it.
It ran on FOX & Friends where the panel discussed it and it was featured by the dimwit above. FOX ran the distorted story all day and used it to stir up their doltish followers and get it out to the right wing propaganda machine.

The issues is Mr. Joe Biden called Satchel Paige the Great Negro of the time. He should have called him a Great American or a Great African-American.

The Satchel Paige stories could be a purposeful distraction. It's purpose would to create controversy, suck all the oxygen out of the room and distract from the economy.
Joe also got stats/age wrong I think, but I cannot presently find a link. At least Satchel Paige did more positive stuff for the country than Biden ever did or will do.

Joe said it. At best it is a Freudian slip by Joe Biden, an unreconstructed Southern Democrat.
Joe Biden did call KKK Grand Kleagle Byrd his mentor.
"A Kleagle was a recruiter and was responsible for organizing local Klans."
So DemoKrat Senator Byrd said his time in the Klan was short. So short that he recruited for them at the state level. Not the local level, but the state level.
