NBC: CIA says 'Havana Syndrome' not result of sustained campaign by hostile power

In about two dozen cases, however, the agency can’t rule out foreign involvement, including many of the cases that originated at the U.S. embassy in Havana beginning in 2016.

If I were in the US diplomatic corps I’d be packing a case of disposable ear plugs to any post about I’d be assigned. And shove them deep in my ear holes at night. And when I was alone.

It would be more protection than any CIA/FBI would offer.

CIA has to know if it's the Chinese hand, there's already evidence that they murdered Bruce Lee, so that Bruce wouldn't pass on oriental knowledge to the US.

The CIA has ANALysts. Apparently they ANALyze, if they are LGBT or minority is a grand bean counting (inclusion) pow wow instead of analyzing FSOs and ferreting out what is what.

I understand from behind the scenes reports that investigators are now considering exterritorial origins to Havana Syndrome.
