WNU Editor: I suspect that all government departments around the world are being decimated by the new wave. I know that it is happening in Canada. I needed to contact someone in the Canadian Revenue Agency on a tax issue this morning, and for the first time ever I was put on hold that lasted for two hours.When I finally got an agent, she explained to me that most of the staff are on sick leave.
