I would love someone to explain to me how these people are being zapped with a microwave transmitter without their knowledge. The smallest transmitters I have seen have been mounted on massive trucks, some were smaller humvees. These machines do not target individuals more like whole groups. Have other nations diplomats been affected?

Potential or wanna be victims could wear film, which would measure exposure. You could study daily routines of 'victims' and then send out your test person with a a film detector.

The US military did have problems with radar in the early days. Techs were irradiated as they went about their job. So there is some knowledge of what tissue damage would look like.

Unless you lase microwaves, the power of the radiation falls off pretty quickly ~ 1/r^2.

We have or can build databases. Look at everyone who has been 'hit' and cross ref with their job description, age, location, etc. What if it is hybrid warfare? They are just attriting FSOs / undercover CIA agents over a decade to weaken an opponent diplomatically to till the field ahead of a later offensive.

You could work backwards. Knowing the size of the emitter, you could calculate distance. That is for effective distance. RF will attenuate over distance. Maybe you a looking for a DC sniper, but instead of a rifle they have an emitter adjacent to a nonmetal outer surface. The vehicle would be idling or use batteries?

These FSOs eat at the same restaurant and sit in the same favored location making lining up shots easier?

If they having symptoms and you cannot scan them to see tissue damage, maybe a vivisectionist should be called in to conduct an examination? Cut some slices out to look at it under a microscope.
