WNU Editor: There is a military agreement between China and Russia .... Russia, China sign roadmap for closer military cooperation (AP). But as to what military aid can China give Russia .... no big ticket items but there are a lot of small items that China can provide. And for all these decades the Russian military was such a fearsome threat. What a joke.
