* On Tuesday former president Obama joined Biden at the White House to celebrate the 12th anniversary of the launch of the Affordable Care act
* But following his speech, Obama was seen shaking hands with fans and fellow politicians in the East room while Joe wandered around looking confused
* Biden was also seen standing behind Obama and Kamala Harris as they shook hands with people and he watches on with no one paying him any mind
* The clip has garnered online reaction, with some people saying the president was outshone by his former boss and that he looks lost
* 'I guess we know who's really running the White House and it ain't Joe!' another person tweeted.
Joe Biden was pictured Tuesday looking lost after fans ignored him to flock around Barack Obama during the former president's first trip back to the White House since leaving office.
Biden, 79, was filmed raising his hands in gentle exasperation Tuesday, as he was ignored by a group who instead ran to greet Obama, 60.
Criticism of the award interactions emerged on Twitter, causing the 43rd president to jump to his former VP's defense.

The episode point out two things. Joe Biden is a place holder. Joe Biden was and is a vehicle for The Democrat Party to capture the presidency. They do not care or admire the man.
If the party is willing to do that, they do not much care about the American people.
The other thing s that Obama cares about identity politics above all else. Sure that conclusion is not a slam dunk, but the evidence sure points that way. When Kamal speaks her sentences are so grammatically incorrect, a person is left to wonder, if she ever has had a coherent thought. If Kamala is so incogent, why else would Obama pay attention to her except for race?

stop sounding like a silly person. Obama was greatly admired both here and abroad. I hardly think being admired in Saudi is a sign of anything but playing ball with bad ruling people. In Europe he was not passed over, dismissed, and please show us where you think this is so.

LOL - google it? Really? Obama was a lightweight in all manners of foreign policy and a disaster domestically. Obama got Russia completely wrong and oversaw Russia invade/annex Crimea. Allowed ISIS to grow and metastasize in Syria. Turned Libya into a hell hole and watched the US Ambassador get murdered.
Obama admin put migrant children in cages and ran a sub rosa gun proliferation scheme called fast and furious - which killed thousands of Mexican natioanals and several Border Patrol Agents /yeah, great job there!
Oversaw an anemic so-called recovery that lasted his whole term.
And oh yes - Foreign governments loved Obama. They walked all over him. Foreign governments took the US on every bad deal he made. Driving the US into a ditch will win you big popularity in Europe and China. Please.
It took Trump to reverse the damage that Obama caused and it will take Trump to undo the Biden disaster starting in 2024.
