Is US President Joe Biden's Fist Bump With Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman "Sending The Message That Human Rights Abuses Can Be Overlooked"?

WNU Editor: The US President and his delegation cannot just show-up and refuse to shake the hand of MBS and the Saudi delegation. A fist-bump was the compromise that was reached. 

Now if President Biden and MBS greeted each other like below, I would be concerned.
