President of Tajikistan Lectures Russian President Putin And Tells Him 'We Want To Be Respected'

 

Daily Mail: Now Putin has to listen to lectures from the President of TAJIKISTAN: Central Asian Republic boss berates Russian leader and tells him: 'We want to be respected' 

* Putin receives emotional dressing down from the President of Tajikistan 

* Just the latest humiliation he has had to endure at hands of his Asian 'friends' 

* Dictator Emomali Rahmon demanded 'respect' and warned Putin of his demise 

* The outburst took place at a Central Asian summit in front of other leaders 

Vladimir Putin was given a stern dressing down by the president of Tajikistan in another indicator that the Russian dictator has lost respect and influence in his own backyard. 

Fellow longstanding dictator Emomali Rahmon, ruler of the Central Asian state of 9 million since 1994, seized upon Putin's woes back home and in Ukraine to give him a piece of his mind and tell him how he really feels during a summit in the Kazakh capital of Astana. 

A glum and awkward looking Putin slouched back in his chair and took the seven minute tirade as a host of Central Asian leaders and officials at the Commonwealth Of Independent States Summit (CIS) watched on.

WNU Editor: It is too bad that most of my readers do not understand Russian. But the above video is one hell of a dressing down of the Russian President Putin. 

But there is deeper reason why the Tajikistan President is not happy. For one .... he is asking Russia for more aid and Moscow has been slow to respond (link here). And two .... Russia is mediating the border conflict between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, and it looks like the Tajik President is not happy with Russia's involvement ....
