And the former Ambassador is not the only one who is saying this. Since Ukraine President Zelensky's visit yesterday, this has been the media narrative for the entire day.
And as for any hope of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. I have been looking for any and all signs of diplomacy at play to end this war, and I am sad to say that there is none.
