Brittney Griner Was Biden’s Top Foreign Policy Priority
"How many other Americans held abroad get this treatment?
Your average American locked up on drug charges will be ignored by the administration. Unless they are very politically connected, the secretary of state will never hear their names. Let alone the president."
Sad
Trump did not try to free the American and he has a dishonorable discharge and legal issues. Aside from that, he is in prison for spying, whether that is true or not. You simply want to dump on Biden instead of asking why Trump did NOTHING for Americans in Russian jails.
" has a dishonorable discharge "
So pretend that 10:34 has a brain and is a district attourney.
Now imagine him going into court and telling the jury that a suspect was convicted of crime x and so that proves he is guilty of crime y.
Is that type of justice you want?
"Aside from that, he is in prison for spying, whether that is true or not"
a) If he was spying for the United States, then he deserves to be traded for another spy.
b) If he was freelance spying, he was a dumbshit.
c) If he was set up, the USG has every obligation to free him.
"whether that is true or not"
Is it reading too much that 10:34 does not care a wit, if the charge is true?
the point anon made is simple
stop saying Biden ignored the former marine and tried for the athlete.
she was convicted on a minor count. He is dishonorable discharge; has a record also of illegal activities; and was convicted as a spy. Trump never tried to free him! why?
Wow, such a loser! 12:12 Whelan's conviction in the US has no bearing on his guilt or innocence in Russia.
Consider this:
You convict a hoodlum in LA for a crime. You reason that he has been convicted in the past and he belongs to a gang. So what if he did not commit this crime, he has committed other crimes. No biggie!
There are several problems with that line of thinking.
One, is you let the actual perpetrator of the hook and he may be a worse criminal than the one you falsely convict.
Two, can you confess to your orthodox priest and beg for forgiveness for convicting a person of a crime they did not commit?
Three, there are people in the US (but not in Backwardsistan, Russia), who look for false convictions. It can bite you in the butt.
Four, you get in the habit of shoddy police or intelligence work.
Also, Russia has been known to entrap or try to entrap visitors to Russia.
BTW, why are you so sweet on Biden? Autumn romance?
