Turkey blames Kurdish militia groups for deadly November bombing in Istanbul
The Pentagon has urged Turkey to stand down on its plan to invade Syria as the operation could endanger U.S. troops in the country.
U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin offered his condolences to his counterpart Turkish Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar for the loss of life in the Istanbul bombing that occurred last month and prompted military action in Syria.
But Austin stressed that the airstrikes – and the impending ground invasion of Syria – directly threatens the safety of U.S. personnel working in Syria.

Did they also tell Syria that they couldn't handle the truth?
The truth is that Kurds are not mountain Turks. I have heard such a statement from a proud, chauvinistic Turk.
For governance there needs to be one language. In turkey that would be Turkish. So Turkish has to be taught in all schools. At the same time local schools could and should be able to teach Kurdish.
the Kurdish segment of the population is growing faster than the Greek segment, which has the thin Turkish veneer.
No, chaunistic Turks cannot handle the truth.
I think they can handle the truth better than U.S. Shitstirrers can handle a few unfortunate accidents.
