Dmitry Medvedev accuses Fumio Kishida of shameful subservience to US after Joe Biden meeting Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has accused Japanese prime minister Fumio Kishida of shameful subservience to the US and suggested he should ritually disembowel himself. 

His remarks on Saturday were the latest in a long line of shocking and provocative statements from Medvedev, who was once seen as a western-leaning reformer but has reinvented himself as an arch-hawk since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine last year.

Medvedev said that. Who would be better suited to deal with Mevedev? Trump or Biden?

Russian has territory disputes with Japan, but they are not on the front burner of either country. So why say it? Is Medvedev trolling or did Xi ask him to say it for support?

I think Medvedev s a lost cause It would be easier for Trump to deal with Kim Jong Un than Medvedev.

I actually think being brash and outspoken is the right way to deal with some foreign leaders. the prim, proper and polite Dc dwellers would disagree, but they are wrong. Acting too polite to an aggressor invites aggression at worst and tantrums at best.

You get in their face and being them up short and then you dial it back, if they start ameliorating their behaviour.
