I can much better understand Ozzy Osbourne over Biden.
What President Dementia was saying was the the word wears American flag patch on their clothing, but we do not return the favor.
People wear the American flag because America is looked up to and not the other way around.
It came out garbled and the rest was just pure mental drivel.
I would jot blame Biden the doctor's prescribed dosage was wrong; the doctor gave the wrong drug; or no drug or dosage combination will work anymore for a significant amount of time.
