WNU Editor: The US has in total about 123 military satellites (link here). So I think Russian Defense Minister Shoigu is also referring to Starlink's satellite network which is assisting Ukraine in this war (link here).

Pretty obvious considering every Russian troop movements been tracked since start of war…
Does the editor distinguish between military satellites and leased satellites that are private but used also for military purposes, ie

The USA would be stupid to not use their assets in space. The Russians certainly are using all their space based assets since they invaded Ukraine. His problem isn't US satellites, it's his nations lack of modern doctrine and weapons. Human wave attacks will quicken the disintegration of the Russian Army in the face of antipersonnel weapons supplied by NATO.
Russia supplied thousands of troops and billions of dollars of military weapons to North Korea and Vietnam during those US wars. Russia supplied thousands of troops and nukes to Cuba. At one time Russian troops were in Central America. Shoigu knows his history, he knows his complaints are groundless. Launch a war of choice, see what happens.
The Russians furnished satellite data to the Vietnamese in 1979 during the Sino-Vietnamese War.
