Zero Hedge: China: A Positive Or Negative Influence In The World?
According to a survey by Cambridge University and YouGov, unfavorable views of China have reached new highs in many countries.
As Statista's Katharina Buchholz reports, out of 26 countries surveyed, negative views of China prevailed in 16 and were shared by an increasing number of respondents in those places since the poll started in 2019.

As for the overwhelming negative views on China around the world. There are many factors and reasons.
Economic envy and resentment on being indebted to Beijing. Human rights. Chinese threats over border disputes with its neighbors. Taiwan. The pandemic.

Brasil

1) Four of the countries have large populations
2) It is a lot of land area.
3) Mexico is on the Us border
4) Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa sit on Sea Lines of Communication (SLOC).
5) These countries have resources.
6) A lot of stuff sold in America is made in Brasil. Democrats can glad hand Brasilian socialists all they want, but money, power, and results will talk louder.
American commuter jets are made in Canada and Brasil. A lot of other stuff is made in Brasil. Brasil has a poverty problem. Well judging form the war torn American cities, America does too. Maybe the Americans should treat Brasil like American of the south. Maybe it is not there, but it is certainly not an order of magnitude less than it. Is it half (.5) or .7 or .3? the answer matters.
Just because Lula comes to DC and gets a picture with the president does not mean as much as some people think.
If Thailand and Indonesia go, then in a shooting war you can forget about the American supply hub at Singapore. How important is that hub.
