Chinese President Xi Jinping plans to travel to Russia to meet his counterpart Vladimir Putin as soon as next week, people familiar with the matter said, which would be sooner than previously expected.

Plans for a visit come as China has been offering to broker peace in Ukraine, an effort that has been met with scepticism in the West given Beijing's diplomatic support for Russia.

US and NATO please step aside. China will broker another peace deal very soon.

Yep, something is up. China have probably already given Russia all the ammunition they need or finalizing the deal with this meeting. Then unbelievable pressure on the front lines and when the Ukies runs out of counter artillery and ammunition China will step in and start with a peace deal. The "US" and EU will scramble to try to get in a better position. Probably soon™.

"Probably soon" is trademarked?
But i agree w you both.
What a sad state of diplomacy we've fallen to over the last 30 years... (in the US state department)

"Soon™" is an internet joke. Customers wait forever for a fix that a company keeps promising to fix "soon."
