Chinese leader expected to position himself as peacemaker as Vladimir Putin welcomes his ‘good old friend’
Xi Jinping said China was ready with Russia “to stand guard over the world order based on international law” as he landed in Moscow for a state visit days after Vladimir Putin was made the subject of an arrest warrant by the international criminal court.
The Chinese leader is expected to position himself as a potential peacemaker in the Ukraine war during his first state visit to Russia since Putin’s invasion. For his part, the Russian president will be hoping to project unity in the face of western isolation.

Are they recruiting? I’m sick of Trudeau and Biden. How could anyone enlist and fight knowing that those two losers are the commander in chief. US Army missed its recruitment goal by 25% last year, get ready for a draft program.

Ukraine was not at peace, they were building a massive army funded and equipped by NATO in order to squash any and all opposition to the Zelensky regime. And to also take back Crimea, which is at peace and doing just fine being a part of Russia.

an anon tells us what Ukraine was planning to do though there is no proof for this assertion. Ukraine was at peace. that means they had not attacked anyone nor declared war on anyone. that is peace by standard definitions.

Beijing has set its sights on overtaking the U.S. militarily, economically and culturally. Mr. Xi is in Moscow because supporting Mr. Putin advances his dark vision. He wants Russia to conquer Ukraine so it’s easier for China to invade Taiwan. He wants Russia to threaten the rest of Europe because it draws America’s attention from Asia.
Why are many American politicians blind to this? Why don’t they want Ukraine to beat China’s ally? Victory for Kyiv would make the U.S. safer without putting a single American soldier in harm’s way.
Why did the FBI hide the truth about the Hunter laptop? Why did the mainstream media push the narrative the the laptop story was Russian disinformation?
