That guy is shouldering an fn 303 pepper ball gun. They have limited success as non lethal force. against a mob like that, pffffttt. Border patrol needs better equipment for incidences of "storming the Bastille", and more people.
Border agent will be prosecuted by the evil force of Jim Eagle 2.0, if he fires that gun in self defense or for crowd control.
