Putin is not very smart. He went to law school and graduated, but he never practiced. Social promotion for a young communist no doubt.

Putin would do well to copy Xi and hire SDSK.

The Chinese Communist Party is a client of SDSK, through SDSK has another conduit straight into the White House.

SKDK is intertwined with the Biden administration. Its winning argument will be that keeping TikTok open in America will be crucial for any 2024 campaign.
