Milley believes an "enduring defeat" of ISIS is possible, but didn't say how far away that is. Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, made an unexpected visit to U.S. forces in Syria.

Who is Roger replying to? WNU or the person, who David Bowie made gay (10:38)?

Milley is offering advice on white guilt and surgeries for trans soldiers. The US is a laughing-stock with this clown in command.
