Both sides claimed to control key sites in Khartoum, where residents sheltered from explosions.

So the State Department worked so hard for a civilian government. It held up that carrot and ... nothing.

It seemed to work for what 2 or 3 years... but snake eyes.

RSF is the old Janjaweed. Those are the guys that persecuted the people of Dharfur. I did not want to go there and helped. We helped in Somalia and then got blamed. Never and we were shot at and thus shot back., We were blamed. And we got the pig Ilhan Omar to boot.

I figured if we went to Dharfur it would end up like Somalia and we would get blamed.

According to The Guardian the last Sudanese dictator set the ESF and army against each other, so he could stay in power. It is in Dictatorship 101. All the greats like Hitler, Stalin and the Democrat Party have done it.

I did not See this coming, but I do not keep a scorecard and it is not my job. What about the State Department? It is their job. So Bashir set Burhan and Dagalo against each other and the American diplomats had no reliable plan?

Why are we suppose to get involved again? Supposedly the US, UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia are trying to get involved. supposedly they want to keep the Russian out or form getting a port.

One reason to stay out is because Team Joe does not have clue, Team Joe is working with MBS after denigrating him?

Calling Kim Jong Un Rocketman is beyond the pale, but Joe going after MBS is not. Does that make sense?

I believe China has people some of them armed in Sudan to protect their projects in oil or something.

So are we making Sudan safe for the Chinese?

Team Joe sucks.

Burhan and Dagalo. One of them has to be second fiddle. If not they have to be imprisoned or executed. Maybe Burhan can be #1 in the military and the Dafalo can succeed him. It have to be ensured there were no pogroms of supporters.

There cannot be 2 alphas. One has to sit out and try other endeavors or one has to be the #2 military guy. I am not sure the State Department realizes this.

maybe because people here think there are port opportunities in S Sudan?

A port facility in Sudan or south Soudan are not needed unless there is something to trade. It is harder to trade in a war torn country although there are ways to do it illegally. It does not help as many people though.
