This will be it for Ukraine. When the news reports start coming in that this offensive is failing, I go on a doomsday shopping spree. Everyone here knows this will only lead to direct NATO involvement.
I have a hard time to understand that. What is the goal? If unrealistic what is the point? NATO involvement will only freeze the war and what next? Bizarre.

How did Zelensky come to power? Why did he want to join NATO so bad knowing it would provoke Russia. plain and simple: Russian forces invaded Ukraine. No matter how they felt, how many Russian speaking people lived in Ukraine, Russia military invaded with a full force to conquer the entire nation.
