The Pentagon has ruled out the possibility of providing long-range missiles to war-hit Ukraine, citing a small stockpile as the reason.

That exercise might seem politically viable to political animals to avoid negative press.

It is not however a good way to get reinforcements to a POC with alacrity.

Milley and Austin are political animals to the core.

Milley and Austin are also studies for painters of the Rubin school of painting.

Nope, they get it because it becomes a tactical necessity, and nato members find political will and consensus. It takes a while but nato eventually realises that putin is little more than bluff and bluster with his red line nonsense

Long range stuff has limited use in the Pacific. Once past the first island chain HIMARS in all its glory is useless. Out there if the range is less than 500nm, it’s of little use past that first chain.
