Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the chief rival to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, makes claims in advance of presidential poll on Sunday

I have yet to see an actual deepfake be used to discredit a politician. Lots of them claim it when they're caught on camera saying something deeply embarrassing/unpopular, but it should be very easy to simply release the unedited footage that the deepfakers would have had to modify. This never happens. It's far more convenient to stay ambiguous and hope that the electorate believse that deepfakes can be generated out of thin air without any source video.
I'll believe it when I see it.
