Former President Trump: "I Have Been Indicted"

Daily Mail: Trump faces 100 YEARS behind bars if he's convicted of federal charges - including espionage - over classified documents, as sources claim outraged ex-president was blindsided by indictment

* Donald Trump on Thursday announced that he was being indicted for his handling of classified documents

* The charges have not been made public, but Trump's lawyer Jim Trusty told CNN that there were seven charges which 'break out from an Espionage Act charge'

* ABC News reported that, if convicted of all seven, he could face up to 100 years behind bars: Trump has insisted he is innocent and called it a persecution

Donald Trump could face 100 years behind bars if he is convicted of all seven charges related to mishandling of classified information, according to a report.

The 76-year-old on Thursday said he had been told he was being indicted in relation to espionage - the first time in U.S. history that a former president has faced federal charges.

Trump is facing four separate counts each carrying a potential prison time of 20 years: conspiracy to obstruct justice; withholding a document or record; corruptly concealing a document or record; and concealing a document in a federal investigation.

REPEAT but pertains

Trump.

As stated before, this is a side show. All the Blob wants is to keep him off the ticket for president. This is the easiest way now to do it. Indite and hopefully convict.

He will appeal but they will hold up the legal system until the election is over. Then he will win the appeal and everyone lives happily ever after in putrid ,woke, diversity, anti- Christian land.

Welcome to 21st century America, where 2000 years of civilization is being flushed down the toilet by the "best and brightest"

Joe, hillary and Obama? That is easy, nothing will happen.

We have a legal system and a jury system. do not threaten civil war or you might endanger yourself.
tip: there will be more charges coming soon out of Georgia and you will utter the same nonsense!
that will make three trials and three indictments. what say you now? all political?
the Georgia thing overseen in red state and witnesses are all GOP folks

@12:04
Yet you blindly ignore the well documented proof of Bidens corruption. 5 million payment, backed up by his own video bragging how there would be no money until "they fired the bastard" investigating his son! You are stooge!

Vrooom vrooom straight to the cliff while we argue about which pedophile is innocent.

12:04 is Fred or a facsimile

So Fred says Georgia is a red state. See how that mother lies.

The case is being heard in Fulton county, which is very, very blue.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulton_County,_Georgia#Government
5 of 7 districts are blue

The mayor is blue

Fred is blue.

Fred is a liar.

To Fred and others
Trump has court case in NY
Trump has court case coming up in Florida
Trump is likely to have court case in Georgia
all three are distinct and different

Is Georgia a liberal or Republican state?
Republicans continuing to dominate and maintain complete control at the state level in Georgia, but the federal level is extremely competitive.

cities in most states, red or blue are blue
in Blue cities often the state govt is red

the Georgia state legislature and governor have very little input into the Fulton County courts unless they want to impeach.

So far we have 2 libeara courts and may, maybe one conservative one. We have to see/

You do not want 2:09's thumb out of his ass. If he takes it out, he is liable to suck it.

Of three indictments, this, the current one, to be held in RED Florida and run by a Trump-appointed judge.

this might strike you as odd, but legal cases are settled by authorized juries and not by the county in which the trial is held.

the chickens are coming home to roost.
here, then, the specific charges against ex-president Trump

The US does not have a legal system. It has Democrat brown shirts that threaten parants who speak out, and jail political rivals. Dare to protest, and you will be rounded up.
