is one of many credible sources reporting that Russian forces are using artillery and mortars to target survivors of the Kakhovka dam sabotage. Rescuers are also coming under sustained small arms fire.
MAN MADE DISASTER: On 1 JUL, surveillance cameras detected an explosion on the southern, Russian controlled, segment of the Kakhovka dam (inset). The dam faced on 5 JUL, and has displaced thousands.
RU forces are now shooting at boats being used to rescue survivors.
