The Monday evening address by Russian President Vladimir Putin will be a turning point in the future of the country, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the media. “Without exaggeration, this address will determine the fate of Russia,” Peskov said.

It looks like Sputnik has it with translation but I am not sure if we have the whole statement. Very interesting words even if we only have part of it. I am waiting for the WNU analysis. Certainly sounds to me like Wagner did clash with RAF but not sure how much of a clash since data is scarce. Putin did allude to this. I've been thinking about this whole affair since it erupted and it's still shrouded in mystery.
