Top U.S. General Says Ukraine Has Significant Combat Power Not Yet Committed To The War

AP: US Says Ukraine Has Significant Combat Power Not Yet Committed to the War

The top U.S. military officer says Ukrainian forces have a “significant amount of combat power” that hasn’t yet been committed to the war

WASHINGTON (AP) — Ukrainian forces have a “significant amount of combat power” that hasn't yet been committed to the war, the top U.S. military officer said Tuesday, saying Kyiv is conserving some of its tactical effort while troops slowly work their way through deadly Russian minefields.

Speaking to reporters after defense leaders from around the world met to discuss Ukraine's military needs, Army Gen. Mark Milley was asked about the slow pace of Ukraine's offensive to take back territory seized by Russia. He said Ukraine will decide when to use the combat power and complex training the U.S. and allies have provide. He flatly dismissed suggestions the offensive is failing.

WNU Editor: In the above video Gen. Mark Milley is saying that the majority of Ukraine's army's combat power has yet been committed to the war. My sources and contacts in Ukraine tell me otherwise.

So who is right? You tell me.

In the meantime there are numerous reports from Ukraine that Russia has launched a major offensive in the northeast part of Ukraine .... Russians concentrate on five fronts, Ukrainian forces continue offensive in the south – General Staff report (Ukrainska Pravda).

Democracy always lose against dictatorship as long as these dictatorship are not confronted directly. But who want to have the courage to confront China, Russia or even Iran? Game over.

Not surprising here, as my sources tell me that the Russian military will yet again suffer incredible losses…

I wonder if NATO is about to put boot on the ground and can the West produce enough weapons and ammo to continue supplying this war?

Point one
Austin at 1:35 we see Ukraine continue to make progress and Russians losses continue to mount. This is subterfuge. How is Ukraine making progress? By maneuvering around in the security zone avoiding contact?

Are Russians losses continue to mount? Yes, but there is a hidden lie here. Are the Russian loses continuing to mount greater than Ukrainian losses? or is milley counting nothing but that solder getting run over by the truck last week. There is no way of knowing because what these guys are saying is all so vague.

Bottom line these comments mean nothing as they do not quantify anything.

Then Milley rambles on about producing more ammo and the Danes training ukie pilots, but once again, he does not state how much ammo and how long and how many planes will go to Ukraine and when. It is all empty words, that say nothing.

Then you get milley thanking all his fellow buddies of the self licking ice cream cone alliance. .

Then he starts on the "war of choice and war of aggression narrative".

Then milled talks about a robust reserve force that lies in waiting....whatever that means.

He also mentioned that NATO has trained 63,000 Ukrainian troops and , of that, the US has trained 15,000 of these troops

Well here we go. It is now estimated that the Ukrainians have lost over 20,000 to 40,000 troops in this last offensive. So that means the Ukrainians have maybe 20 to 40 thousand NATO trained troops left. The estimates that they have has equipment losses at about the same ratio.

This is so large of a variance that its becomes hard to determine what the options are.

So using the estimates above the Ukrainians have about , 8, 10 or 12 combat brigades out there.

Here is your problem and what Millet and Austin avoided. Even if the Ukrainians have large forces, they cannot "mass".

If The Ukrainians try to pull a large force together for an attack , that force will be destroyed due to Russian superior capability in both artillery and Air power.

Now Austin and Millie know this. They are just avoiding the fact because it is ugly.

Bottom line: The majority of combat power is committed to the war, it was moved forward and then been pulled back.

Why? Because the ukies realize they cannot break that defensive line given their current combat configuration of equipment and manpower.

The Big reason.. they do not have enough air power and not enough artillery.
This conference was wast of time. There were no new ideas expressed here, only propaganda points. They Ukrainians have no where to go with their army. If they were smart, they would go into a defense mode and use those brigades as quick reaction forces to plug gaps in the lines.

Final point.

Editor : trust you sources. When Milley and Austin get their information from DOD Intel or CIA, , that is not raw intel, it has been filtered about a dozen times over. They really do not know what is going on.

You keep hitting those sources out of your crack pipe bud

This is standard stuff.

But you go ahead and believe old Austin and Milley. Yes, you listen to these guys , they are telling you the truth. Sure they are.

These are the same guys who said we were winning in Afghanistan and the Training of Syrian free army was going great.

Then General Austin was forced to testify in congress, that after spending 500 mil dollars on the syrian free army that they had only 5 trained guys.

So go you ahead and believe these generals and former generals.

How is that working for you? Jackass.

WNU,

the Ukies are saving the best units and gear for when they achieve breakthrough, that's why we haven't seen units like "Kraken" for example. Once they find a weakspot they will pour everything and his grandma in there, for example the CV90's, best shit that the Russians will find very annoying.
The amount of operational security around this is kinda amazing.

But will .that. be enough to break the Russians; that's the question we would be thinking about.

Think about it, the CV90 is designed to kill Russians.
