I've watched that entire video on the Canadian volunteer in Ukraine on Lindybeige. He is not a pro-Putin propagandist (on purpose or inadvertently). He is "grateful" about fighting Russia not that the Russians care more about civilian casualties than the US, but because the Russians aren't as militarily capable. Whether it be from incompetence, lack of munitions or industrial capacity, etc.
That Twitter user either did not watch the entire interview, or he is a pro-Russian troll.
