(2/2) My point: During conflicts, conformity is demanded. It should be possible for the media to criticize both the Russian invasion and Nazis. However, the fear of failing to display loyalty to "our group" makes it controversial to condemn fascism. Are we then nazi apologists?

The Grey Zone: Zelensky Holds Court With Ukraine's Most Notorious Neo-Nazi
Western media has dismissed evidence of neo-Nazi influence in Ukraine by citing President Zelensky’s Jewish heritage.
But new footage published by Zelensky shows the leader openly collaborating with a fascist ideologue who once pledged to “lead the white races of the world in a final crusade…against Semite-led Untermenschen.”
Ukrainian President Vlodymyr Zelensky has uploaded a video to his Telegram channel showing him holding court with one of the most notorious neo-Nazis in modern Ukrainian history: Azov Battalion founder Andriy Biletsky.
WNU Editor: Patrick Lancaster has documented some of the war crimes committed by Azov in Mariupol last year (link here).
But here is the shocker. There are some who are even worse than Azov founder Andriy Biletsky.
I am not surprised about the existence of these extremist groups. I have known about them for a long time, and I have documented some of them in the blog before this war started.
But what catches my attention about this story is the Western media's coverage of these groups. In the case of the New York Times, they call this "complicated" .... Nazi Symbols on Ukraine’s Front Lines Highlight Thorny Issues of History (New York Times).
Sighhh .... it is not complicated at all.
Update: Check out Azov's emblem to the emblems that were used by German units in the Second World War (see picture below).

No wonder the liberals and democrats just love these guys. Three peas in a pod
it's alright they are moderate nazis
the editor cites a source as The New York Times. That is not where his link takes us to but rather to an Armenian site that is notorious for plagiarizing and patching stuff together to present a story. It is difficult to believe these allegations, though they might be true in part, when known shabby journalism places are used to source the story.

shabby journalism at this site and/or carefully crafted propada
that guy is the source you cite!!!
What happened at Bucha?
They are fighting for life and death and all we do at home is bickering about symbols.
Yawn.
Who cares? The dead certainly don't care.
Symbols.. lol
The modern pictures of the Ukrainians dripping in Nazi drab and symbols paints a different story than the one you are trying to fool yourself with.

DNYUZ has a license to post stories that are from the New York Times after a certain period of time. I use DNYUZ because they are not behind a paywall.
Google the title or a paragraph from this article, and you will see the New York Times the top result.
Country of child trafficking, drugs, corruption, lies, BioLabs and all that filth is there in Ukraine
All I'm saying is that whatever those dudes over there have convinced themselves to defend their country with, as long as they are doing it and not going around building new Auschwitz's everywhere in the country like some people brainwashily thinks. You see? Theres only pencil pushers back home arguing about stuff like this when the actual MEN trying to survive in a warzone with whatever motivation they can find. I KNOW the history over there so I kinda understand them. It's not only poking Russians in the eye, but also a morbid joke at the Russian expense. As the editor of this blog knows, they have a very dark and funny sense of humor.
If they loose this war, everything will be lost anyway, doesn't matter what fucking symbol someone was wearing. The perspective is super strange to have if that's what's bothering you. Go reflect over that.
