CNN: Russia fires warning shots and boards cargo ship in Black Sea
A Russian warship fired warning shots and boarded a cargo ship it claims was headed to Ukraine in the Black Sea on Sunday, according to Russia’s defense ministry.

Russian ships have been stranded in port or hugging the east coast of the Black Sea. Must be some reason.
Like not wanting to become a reef?
