I like the Tucker Carlson interview with Colonel Douglas Macgregor (Ret.) (see video below).
I disagree with Macgregor's assessment that the war will end by the end of 2023/early 2024. I see this war easily grinding on into 2025. But I do agree on his views that this conflict has been incredibly destructive to Ukraine..

He makes some good points with the tanks, I was a tanker for four years before infantry and the maintenance required to keep those things going is ridiculous. The gas guzzling is atrocious. Never thought of the heat signature issue though, found that interesting. The Russians experimented with the turbines in the T-80 model and that didn’t last too long.
