As it turns out, the grand jury actually recommended charges against 39 people, including two former US senators for Georgia, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, as well as current US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said called him after the 2020 election to ask if it was possible to invalidate mail-in ballots that violated the state's signature-matching law, and whether political bias may have played a role in counties where poll workers accepted higher rates of mismatched signatures.

The Grand Jury did not have the power to indict but simply to recommend. The prosecutor cut in half the list of those to be indicted. Graham and the others are NOT indicted. Thus the silly suggestion that the Dems are using the system to get Repubs is plain silly. Those indicted are in a Red state and the jury pool will not consist of 100% Democrats.

The headline is misleading. The Grand Jury handed over a large number of names and the state picked half of that list as the ones to indict based on how much evidence there was for potential convictions. Later, the full list (this list now posted) was made public. Those on the list just released were not indicted and are not to stand trial.
Fortunately you've never used " misleading" headlines to your benefit.
