Reuters: Major cyber attack could cost the world $3.5 trillion -Lloyd's of London
LONDON (Reuters) - A major cyber attack on a financial services payments system could lead to global losses of $3.5 trillion, with much of it not covered by insurance, commercial insurance market Lloyd's of London said on Wednesday.

It won't be 10 or 20 years in prison. It will be termination without a trial.
Another thing. People will not see the need to start a war to get at the instigators. We have gone from blanket sanction in some cases to targeted sanctions against individuals. Why start a war and kill a million innocent young men on either side? Go straight to the top.
Crazy? It is crazy now. Since when is assassination a dirty word? It has been for two generations. The same type of people, who think the Statue of liberty is both policy and official law, are the same people, who think you should not assassinate foreign leaders.
Why not? when did that become bad? We tried to assassinate Hitler. That was official or as official as it was going to get. Later, it was Castro.
The USSSR created a talent pool or nurtured a talent pool of future leaders at Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Some people checked in, but they never left. That in my opinion is assassination. It is merely upstream far enough that IQ 100 believe that it is not.
When East Asian communists sent their kids to Moscow it was out of friendship and also a hostage policy.
