Donald Trump's Landslide Victory In Iowa Cements His Position As The Republican Candidate For President

Daily Mail: Trump says 'it's time for our country to come together' after Iowa LANDSLIDE: Ex-president calls for Republicans to UNITE behind him, praises Vivek as he drops out and vows to 'take back' the U.S. from Biden in November

Donald Trump issued a clarion call to the Republican party to unite behind him so he can 'take the country' back from Joe Biden after annihilating his rivals in the Iowa caucuses on Monday night.

The former president, 77, heaped praise on his fellow candidates and vowed to 'straighten out all of the death and destruction that we’re witnessing' following a record-breaking 30-point win in the party's first primary contest.

It took just half an hour for Trump's historic landslide victory to be called by TV networks as thousands of his die-hard supporters turned up to vote despite brutal sub-zero temperatures and icy roads in the Hawkeye state.

One angle for RINOs is easy. A caucus is not a primary. So the the results may not be indicative of results downstream. If New Hampshire is the same, they are mor indicative.

Blowhard Chris Christie got out before the first vote. He is such a disappointment. But we did not grow up in his neighborhood. He was very popular when he trimmed the budget. A lot of it it was low hanging fruit such as unnecessary boards where the members pulled down good money for nothing.

Asa who? Hutchinson never belonged in the race. He never had a chance. He did not so much a enter the sweepstakes to see if he could wangle a cabinet position. He is not selling a book. Entering for a brief time did does not give him a bigger soap box so he can reach more people to convince them of 'great' policy proposals. So why?

The good news the Democrats won't hit De Santis so hard now. They will not forget De Santis nor will they forgive. They will still conduct op o research and try to hit him with sporadic fire until the next governor's race. I hope De Santis is Trump's VP pick. De Santis is a good executive. He is lacking in political charisma and his handlers are not helping.

Trump does not like Vivek. Maybe with good reason. He has the Soros connection. Maybe it was a one time deal. He says the right things and can hit them out of the park, but Colbert also says the right things but it is to mock the right.

Haley. It is alleged she is a corporatist. That is as fast of a route to fascism as Obama or the Clintons would take us, but without the Clinton body count.
