Russia's disastrous attempts to capitulate Ukraine in the first few months of the War and its continued attempts against a far more weaker country (even without Western aid) shows that it is incapable of waging war against NATO in the way they suggest in this report.
Hitler however thought the same about Russia and Russia made a surprising come-back. It would require far more industrial resolve than it's currently showing however to commit to an invasion of the Baklands. Can't see it being a surprise attack at all if it happens.
Hitler would have succeeded, if he had not micromanaged or the Japanese had been faithful allies.

Russia may not be in a position to do it but China in a hypothetical WW3 could send millions maybe up to 30 million troops to fight in Europe and still hold the line in East Asia.

If the Russians are so incompetent and inept, why do they beat the glorious Ukrainians and continue to defeat the Ukrainians?
