Gaza Militants Pound Israel With Rockets, Mortars -- Yahoo News/AFP
GAZA CITY (AFP) – Militants in Hamas-ruled Gaza pounded Israel with rocket and mortar fire on Wednesday, dimming the chances of a renewed ceasefire between the Jewish state and the Palestinian Islamist group.
Gunmen had launched some 60 projectiles into Israel by early afternoon, the largest barrage since before an Egyptian-brokered truce went into effect in and around the besieged Palestinian territory in June.
The ceasefire expired five days ago and the prospects of a renewal appeared unlikely after Wednesday's volley, which caused no injuries but damaged property and sent dozens of Israelis living near Gaza into shock.

My Comment: This has the makings of an all out conflict and war between Hamas and Israel. Israel will have no choice but to respond .... and when they do this conflict has the real probability of exploding into all out war. The next 48 hours are going to be crucial.
