My Comment: This pathetic old racist symbolizes what is so wrong with Africa. The reason why neighboring leaders do not condemn him (with rare exceptions), is that they relate to his ideology and politics. As long as they this type of thinking continues to persist .... Africa will always be exploited by others (in today's world that is China), poor, and in perpetual tribal conflict.
