My Comment: It is too early to break the champagne, but color me skeptical. One thing that I learned about nuclear discussions and negotiations in the past, is that it is important that all of these "agreements" must follow what former President Reagan said about nuclear treaties .... you must be able to "trust and verify" on what is being agreed upon. You can sign and make all the agreements that you want .... but if you cannot verify the agreements that you signed your goals can never be reached.

I do not know what is the verification process for this draft agreement, but I am skeptical that Iran will open all of their the doors to nuclear inspectors and their prying eyes. Iran has a long history of being secretive and dishonest in their public announcements on their nuclear ambitions, and I do not expect them to change their position on this issue.
