My Comment: If you believe that you are right .... criticism and name calling from the other side will have zero (if any) impact on what you are doing. But in this case it appears that criticism is hitting a soft bone for some in the Justice Department .... and they are striking back by raising the level of insults and name calling to a higher level.
In the end .... it will be the Justice Department's track record that will tell the story. If the Justice Department believes that the road that they are taking is the right one .... and they are proven right .... criticism from Republicans and others will become moot (if not silly) with the passage of time.
