No Special Counsel To Investigate U.S. Intelligence Leaks

Dems Block McCain Resolution On Special Counsel For Leaks -- The Hill

My Comment:
No problem for the Democrats to support having a Special Counsel to investigate who leaked Valerie Plame's CIA position (in fact they demanded and insisted upon it) .... but to have a Special Counsel appointed to investigate who leaked the 'kill list', the secret cyber war against Iran, special forces operational procedures, the Pakistani doctor who helped the CIA find Bin Laden, secret drone operations in Yemen, etc. .... such matters do not require a Special Counsel.

Talk about circling the wagons and giving out the wrong message.

Will the two appointed prosecutors from the Justice Department and the FBI be successful in finding out who in the White House leaked these intelligence secrets .... with the lack of a power and independence of a Special Prosecutor .... I now have my doubts.
