Harrowing new information suggests that the duo behind the Boston Marathon bombings were not finished, and may have been heading to New York City with additional bombs.
It is believed that Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were planning further bloodshed but were thwarted when Massachusetts authorities found them in a Boston suburb.
