ANALYSIS: Can 2-Man Rule Stop The Next Snowden? -- USA Today
Borrowing from submarine commanders with their hands on the button and bank tellers who control safety deposit boxes, the director of the NSA, Gen. Keith B. Alexander, now says his agency will institute a two man rule, to prevent a recurrence of Edward Snowden's data theft.
Alexander made the announcement at a congressional hearing last week ,then repeated it yesterday during a television interview with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos.
