Car And Suicide Bombings Rock The Iraqi Cities Of Baghdad And Mosul

Iraq: Deadly Car And Suicide Bombings Rock Baghdad, Mosul -- CNN

Car bombs killed at least 10 people and injured 24 in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad on Wednesday evening, police said.

Two car bombs exploded near a busy commercial area in the southeastern part of the capital, killing at least 10 people and injuring 24 others, police said.

Also Wednesday, a car bombing in Mosul killed two bodyguards of lawmaker Wisal Salim, police said. The blast happened outside the eastern Mosul house of Salim, a Sunni Muslim who is a member of Iraq's Parliament.
