Update: EU spy chief rules out Russian military presence in Ukraine -- RT

My Comment: There is not much reporting on this story .... and I suspect that he made these remarks on what is the present status of the Russian military .... not on what Russian intelligence or special ops may be doing in Ukraine. Having said that .... I still find it interesting that the Russia press is trumpeting the EU spy chief comments that Russia does not have military presence in Ukraine .... while the Western press is completely ignoring him. You would think that the press corps would be hungry for more information and would ask the necessary questions .... but they are not.
