Top North Korean Officials Meet With South Korean Officials Amid Reports of Internal Coup In The North -- HNGN
In light of Kim Jong-un's month-long reclusiveness and rumors of governmental infighting, three top North Korean leaders made a last-minute visit South Korea on Saturday.
It's the highest level face-to-face talks the rival countries have held in five years and, though no major breakthroughs seem to have come out of the meeting which occurred in the South Korean port city of Incheon - and the topics of discussion aren't yet clear - the meeting itself is indication that both sides are moving forward after months of heated hostility.

My Comment: If he was deposed .... we would know about it within 24 hours. You cannot keep a big secret like that under wraps for any real length of time.

Hopefully, this is the downfall of the North Korean regime.
The 3rd generation is fairly new at ruling so they can say it was the previous 2 generations fault be give an golden parachute (less blood all the way around) and South Korea can unify the country like West Germany did.
We have enough wars on our hands. We do not need one here.

Fortune 500 companies can make plenty of profit without war.
It is much more predicatable without war. Without war you can maintain a 1% to 8% growth rate.
You can sell people all sorts of things from optical computing. It is faster, more powerful and uses less energy.
You can sell them solar panels for their houses. Every prepper wants one. Solar panels will go through upgrades in terms of energy production and resistance to weather gradation (ice storms, sunlight etc.)
If material goods last longer, well you can grow the hospitality industry. You can run people to every continent in the world to visit scenic spots, lay on the beach or visit cultural sites ( the one not blown up by ISIS, the Taliban or the Chinese communists)
If people use less energy to get around, they have more money for better freaking seats on air travel.
If there is a scientific advance and there is a marketing department and a level playing field you can get people to work voluntarily and grow the economy with no war.
Marketers who sell a good product (one that is not a fraud) sit next to Jesus, who sits next to G-D.
No Wars necessary.
No wars wanted.
But if we must, let's play.
