It appears they are weakening.

(1) Pushed out of Jurf Sakhar
(2) Amiriyat Fallujah has not fallen
(3) The siege of Amerli was broken
(4) Kobani stands.
(5)Rolled back from Mosul Dam
(6) Haditha dam area is not under their complete control. I have not heard of the garrison around Haditha being massacred. So I assume they are still standing.
(7) AL Asad airbase is still standing. Which is good, because we have American troops there.
(8) Pushed back by the Peshmerga around Zumar and elsewhere
(9) Pushed back some around Amerli & elsewhere in Diyala
(10) Any further advances or control around Abu Graib?

(A) Took Hit and surrounding villages
(B) Infiltrated or taken over many western, southern, & maybe eastern neighborhoods of Ramadi
(C) Took the gas fields east of Homs
(D) Consolidated more around Deir ez Zur(?)
