My Comment: This is a rather good survey and analysis. I disagree with its placement of Venezuela as #8 (the probability is low even with all of its problems) ... but the other countries .... no dispute there.

This map may need some updating. I understand the Argentinian Prosecutor with the evidence of Kirchner involvement in the 94 bombing has been found dead. A coincidence of course that it was the night before his testimony to the Argentinian Legislature.
Thank you for the heads-up on what happened to the prosecutor. I have been following that case for the past week, and was preparing a post last night on him having new evidence of Argentine - Iranian collusion .... but I was too tired and I went to bed. And now this.
